At Memo Paris, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our olfactory creations. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
